How to Unblock

Windows automatically blocks files downloaded from the internet for security. This can interfere with the proper installation of CTC software.

1. Download the ZIP file to a local folder. For example “Downloads”
2. Find the downloaded ZIP file
3. Right click on the ZIP file and choose “Properties” from the menu that appears
4. On the “General” tab, uncheck “Unblock”
5. Click OK

If Unblock is not available, the file is already unblocked or does not need to be.

1. Double click on the ZIP to open it
2. Double click the .MSI file to begin installing
3. Optionally extract the installer and guide (review the guide for more installation details)
